The First Annual Couple's Member - Guest Invitational was a fantastic event with overwhelming participation! The first ever 18-hole event was packed with a lot of competition, fun, and commaraderie. There were familiar faces on the leaderboard and some new faces as well.
Dorothy & Dave Thomas with their guest Lynn & John Damer, survived a good day of play by Julie & Tom George and Sharon & Russ Staggs. It was a phenomenal day of golf with clear skies and the lovely Sagamore wind blowing at high speeds. |
A lot of thanks is in order for the Women's Golf Committee for setting up this fantastic event. There was a lot of effort put in by the group and a big thank-you is in order for all the members of the committee. With a participation of over 84 players, this looks to be an annual event.
