Our outdoor ceremony locations and indoor banquet room make it convenient for you and your guests to relax and focus on what matters. We try to make everything as inclusive as possible to make planning your big day as simple as possible. The staff is professionally trained and committed to making your wedding day one for the books.
At The Sagamore Club we do not charge room rentals or set-up fees* for receptions.
All receptions come with the following to make planning easy:
- On site event planner
- Assistance in decorating, formal set up and clean up services
- Tables and chairs for seating up to 100
- Private bar for your event
- Private outdoor terrace
- Linens: White or black tablecloths
- Napkins: We offer a variety of colors for you to select from
- China, glassware, silverware, and chafers
- Skirted tables for DJ, cake, gifts, and place cards
- Professional Chef, Servers, and Bartender(s)
